Digital Product Disclaimer & Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any downloadable materials, coaching programs, courses, templates, or memberships from Much & More Media, Inc. d/b/a Pretty Damn Ambitious™, you agree to the following:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any digital or coaching services, including if you change your mind, do not use the product, or are dissatisfied.
- Immediate Access: All digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase. The transaction is considered complete at that time.
- Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback after accepting these terms is a breach of contract. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and block future access.
- Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you are legally required to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of your level of participation.

Respectful behavior is required at all times. Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination may result in immediate removal without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, and frameworks—such as Joyful Ambition™—are the intellectual property of Much & More Media, Inc. and may not be reproduced, sold, or shared without written permission.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results or income. Success depends on many variables, including your own actions, background, and marketplace conditions.
7. Testimonials
If you submit a testimonial or success story, you grant Much & More Media, Inc. the right to use your name, photo, and comments for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.
8. User-Generated Content
Any comments, contributions, or messages shared in our community or during live events may be used for internal education or public marketing.
9. Photo & Video Release
By attending any virtual or in-person event, you grant permission for photos, video, and audio recordings to be used in our promotional content.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, or remove users from any platform or product at our discretion and without refund.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, results, or availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
Much & More Media, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your product or service.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, technical issues, or government actions.
14. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Texas law. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action suit.
15. Entire Agreement + Severability
These Terms represent the full agreement. If any part is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
